For sale my RD400F 1979 a standard UK bike.
Just recently had two new mudguards fork seals and fork oils changed. One key fits ignition, tank and the seat locks.
With both stands ie center and side,
The bike has road tax , mot and the V5 is in my name
Has matching engine frame numbers,

I brought the RD august 2010, from a chap in Hatherley. He owned the bike since 1983. It has had 5 former keepers, and when I got the bike it was a runner but hadn’t been on the road since the 80’s. I originally brought it with the intention of tidying it up and using it to save riding my other RD so much.
I have had the frame and a lot of the tin ware powder coated. It came with the yellow tank, and I’ve done nothing to it. There is no rust inside. I have spent a considerable amount of money on the bike, and have covered 500miles on it since I’ve had it with no problems.
I’m a bit of an air-cooled RD fanatic to be honest. I own a fully restored 400C which is my pride and joy. I’m always buying and selling RD parts.
To sum it up, this is a very good original bike in my opinion.
