Our caravan is clean and immaculate and comes with all the home comforts you expect in a modern design, with 3 bedrooms (1 double and 2 twin) plus a double pull out bed in living area.

The kitchen is well equipped with a cooker, full size fridge/freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle, saucepans, kitchen utensils, iron and ironing board and Vacuum cleaner.

The lounge also includes a TV with freeview, DVD player and hi-fi. Caravan is also equipped with satelite dish. Just bring your sky box.

We supply duvets and pillows, but you will need to bring your own duvet covers, linen and towels. We also provide complimentary tea/coffee.

Our caravan is situated in on the Sunnymede Caravan Park site in Ingoldmells, which is only a few minutes walk from the beach and the magnificent Fantasy Island complex; ideal for all ages and includes a variety of fairground rides and a market.
Bookings & Conditions

Available for families and couples ONLY (no same sex groups)

No under 21s (singles or groups)

No pets

No smoking

Check in time is 1pm and check out is 10am this allows us to ensure the caravan is ready for the next occupants. The caravan is of a very high standard so please leave the caravan in as clean a condition as you would expect to find it on your arrival.

All breakages must be paid for.

A £100 bond is payable in addition to the price and will be refunded upon return of keys and once caravan has been checked and found to be clean with nothing broken, damaged or lost after the holiday.

A deposit of £50 per week is required to secure all bookings (non-refundable). Balance due 4 weeks before holiday date.
