Im selling my lovelly modern 1 bed alucasa which is sited on a small residential park on edge of Fortuna,Fortuna is an inland town in Murcia 10 mins from A& motorway - 45 mins to Alicante airport same to Murcia, about same again to beaches at Guardmar/La Marina/Torrevieja or my personal favourite mazarron 1 hour, the park is nice and quiet with a nice pool and bar, all around the area more and more ex pats are moving in! walking distance to some great English bars/ restaurants and obviuosly plenty of Spanish ones too! you can walk to the Spa baths where water is 38 deg all year ( very nice in winter!)
