We purchased this caravan last year for £7995 and have spent £1000 putting up decking and a shed which contains brand new patio furniture,an unused barbecue and garden tools. We have installed a new washing machine, telephone and Sky TV. The Caravan has a new boiler and is in an all round excellent condition. It is sited in what we think is the best plot on the site, overlooking farmland and hills. You really do get the feeling that you are in your own little piece of the country as there is nothing to spoil the view. The Park is opened 52 weeks and is very friendly and has a pub opened at the weekend that allows the residents to catch up, friendly not rowdy in any way (Thursday, Friday, Saturday and Sunday in the summer months). The site fees are very affordable at nearly £1300 per year. The only extras are gas and electricity costs (no council tax etc). As indicated the Caravan is 35 x 12 foot with 2 bedrooms. The master double bedroom has an en suite. Will post photos later today
