This is a 2005 Avondale Argente fab condition. 655/426 foot twin axle 4 berth caravan - its got a fixed double bed at the rear. it has a built in shower ( which as not been used since we purchased it)
Bathroom consists of a toilet, basin,mirror and storage. The kitchen has all the usal appliances; cooker, fridge, sink, gas oven.
The caravan has central heating which can be run off either gas or electric.
The front seating converts into a very large double bed or can be kept as two single onces.
Double glazed all round with blinds and fly screens.
The interior is in excellent condition with no damp, it has a factory fitted alarm system and i have had CHRIS EXTRA REGISTERED when i bought it also comes with a paypole stronghold alloy wheel clamp (insurance approved)and hitch lock.
It also has a solar panel fitted to the roof for constant charge to the leisure battery, the battery is still under warranty, the van is also fitted with a motormover for easy positioning on site or hitching up.
The van is in very good conition- just a couple of slight dents here and there - they were already on the van when i bought it.
I am selling the van with everything - you just need to hitch up an go!!!
Includes venture extra large porch awning - easy to put up!
40 litre water carrier, waste master, hook up cable, it also comes with a winter cover and other bits and bats.
The van comes with 7 months warranty which i took out when i purchased the van from Campbells Caravans at Kirkham in 2010 (not Campbells own warranty)- comes with all paperwork- instructions, recipts etc...
We are only selling the van due to application to Austrialia to live.
