Some people think this is a Scam as it would take more energy to make the Hydrogen from water than it would give back as a fuel. That would be true if the Hydrogen was used as a FUEL – which it is not. It is used as a COMBUSTION ENHANCER. It makes the regular fuel burn faster and more completely, and thus produce more of a push early in the combustion stroke. Hence it takes less regular fuel to produce the same amount of power.

This is especially simple with Diesel Cars.
