Fore cabin with double berth, underneath drawers, vanity dressing table with drawers, wardrobe, built-in shelving and cabin top hatch.
Shower with hot and cold wash basin, new electric flush cassette toilet both in separate compartments. Up 2 steps into the -
The Wheelhouse with steering/controls position, seating, fold-away table, storage for cruising equipment and gas cylinders. Down 2 steps into the -
Saloon with 2 berths (one pulls out to a double) L shaped around a free standing table. Full set of cushions and curtains, Drawers for storage, bookcase, shelving, stowage area for folding chairs and solid fuel stove.
Galley with stainless steel sink and full cupboard unit. 3 way fridge, new and never used full gas oven with 4 gas rings and work surfaces.
Aft deck with canvas folding cover and storage underneath.

Equipment consists of :-
Anchor with chain and hawser in forward locker. Fenders, boat hooks, mooring warps and life buoys. Navigational equipment includes - magnetic compass, echo-sounder, VHF, navigation lights, 2 windscreen wipers and good horn. There is also 3 dry powder fire extinguishers, a fire blanket and smoke detector.

Out of the water in dry-dock in October 2008 for power wash, paint and anodes. Certificate of Compliance until 2011 and survey available dated 2003.
